General information 

• Check in 3:00pm or after: Check out 10:am or before
• As cottages have cooking facilities, breakfast is not included.
• A grill is available for outdoor barbeques and an herb garden available for your special meals.
• Excellent restaurants are nearby.
• Enjoy swimming, walking, cycling, birdwatching, or write the great American novel.
• Visit the ancient fossil reef in the Fisk Quarry and Goodsell Ridge Preserves.  (See ilmpt.org)
• Are you a musician?  Two grand pianos reside in our horse and carriage barn.
• Occasional live music events in the Art Barn.
• A golf course is 10 minutes away.  Burlington and Montreal are an easy hour’s drive.

   

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking.

• Cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in will receive a full deposit refund.
• Cancellations made 29 to 8 days before check-in will receive a 50% deposit refund.
• Deposits for stays cancelled within 7 days of check-in will not be refunded.
